Shipping Policy
JawnGoods ships with USPS or UPS. Orders typically ship in 5-8 business days, same for custom orders once a design has been approved. Delivery time within the East Coast is usually 1–3 days after shipping; West Coast is 3–5 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
JawnGoods does not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
We do however strive for total customer satisfaction. If your product is defective please reach out to us by via our contact us page and we will work to figure out where things went wrong and, if necessary, replace your product to ensure you receive what you paid for.
