Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift cards sold through our site. Your Jawns, your way.

Sales Tax (Pennsylvania)
As a Philly‑based business, we collect 6% Pennsylvania sales tax plus an additional 2% Philadelphia local sales tax on taxable items (clothing is not taxable in PA, but custom design fees may be taxable). Tax is calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping
Free U.S. shipping on all domestic orders of $49+.
​
Processing time: Orders typically ship in 5–8 business days, and custom orders typically ship in 5-8 business days after design approval.

We ship primarily via USPS or UPS from Philadelphia, PA. Delivery time within the East Coast is usually 1–3 days after shipping; West Coast is 3–5 days.
​
Tracking numbers are provided once your Jawn leaves our hands.

Bulk Custom Orders & Discounts
10–19 pieces = 10% off
20+ pieces = 20% off
Bulk discounts apply to apparel only and may extend turnaround times slightly.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every Jawn is made‑to‑order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted please contact us within 14 days via our contact us page. We typically respond within 24 business hours. You will need to provide images of the issue with the order in order to receive a replacement. We do not provide refunds, only replacements at this time.

We are not responsible for incorrect items ordered. All sales are final.

Custom Artwork & Design Approval
We’ll send a digital proof for you to approve before printing. Once approved, the design is locked in and cannot be changed.

You confirm you own or have permission to use any design you provide to be printed. Unauthorized or trademarked material may be rejected.

Local Pickup (Philadelphia Only)
For Philly locals, we offer free local pickup by appointment. We’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup window.

Pickup location is in South Philadelphia—address provided upon order completion.
​
Loyalty Program (“Jawns”)
Earn 1 Jawn per $1 spent, plus bonus Jawns for signing up and subscribing to our mailing list.

Cancellations & Changes
We currently do not accept cancellations of orders. All sales are final. If you have a change with your order (currently only accept color or size changes), email us within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.

We never sell your data—ever. We use it only to fulfill your orders and keep you updated on fresh Jawns. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
